HR Data Analytics (Associate / Consultant)

At Northern Trust, data drives all of our decision-making, and HR is no exception. The HR Workforce Analytics team pioneers Northern Trust’s approach to talent strategy and organizational growth. As a member of the team, you will play an important role in helping our HR team address the people-related data and analytical needs of internal clients across the globe.

Supporting the team as a Consultant/Associate Consultant is much more than simply crunching numbers – it’s about finding compelling insights within data and using your business and communication skills to translate those insights into action. Aside from spending time digging into big, complex data sets, you will help author transformational strategic planning, forecasting and analysis efforts using workforce data. You will use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful, well-informed decision making with our most senior leaders across HR and the business.
