Drive HR operational excellence with Tilray as an HR Data Analyst in London, Ontario. This on-site position requires extensive Workday experience and strong analytical capabilities for HR reporting.
As part of the HR team, you will take on a key role supporting the HCM system administration and ensuring data accuracy across various HR functions. You will need expertise in building reports in Workday alongside advanced Excel proficiency, including features like vlookups and pivot tables. Your work will focus on optimizing HR data and transformation processes through insightful analytics.
