Job Description
Objective
HR Data Analyst shall be responsible for organizing, managing and optimizing Human Resources data. The role shall handle big data and includes performing data analysis, data migration, data migration governance, and ensuring data quality and integrity across various reporting and analytics requirements by HR. HR Data Analyst is capable to provide recommendations and strategies that will support the preparation and migration of HR data to the new platform/system. This position will collaborate with Project Managers and Project Leads to ensure completion of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and validate the migration of HR data from legacy systems to the new HCM platform.
- Analyze, cleanse and test data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Develop and execute data migration scripts and tools.
