You will extract, analyze, and translate HR data from multiple federal systems into clear, executive-level insights that inform workforce planning, hiring strategies, and organizational performance. The position focuses on transforming complex HR datasets into actionable information that supports leadership decisions and continuous improvement across human capital operations.
