As an HR Data Analyst based in Ovar, Portugal, and reporting to the Groups International HR Director based in Belgium, you will gather data from various HR systems and reports, develop and maintain data models and respective dashboards for HR metrics, as well as provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making about HR topics such as salary transparency, gender equality, etc.


Main responsibilities: 

  • Gather data from various sources, namely several HR systems, platforms and reports

  • Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity

  • Analyse HR data and metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, absenteeism, demographics, etc. generate reports and dashboards for senior leadership
