Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling). Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends. Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations . Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systems Align with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definition Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
