Job Description
The HR Data Analyst will provide advice and support in data management, people dashboards, and analytics, and will develop and implement reporting and people insights across the group. The role will also be responsible for preparing and analysing HR and HSE reports, supporting HRIS administration, and participating in People and Safety projects and programs.
Key Result Area & Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis | HRIS Administration
- Research and analyse information and data, prepare regular and adhoc reports, and make recommendations regarding business drivers and trends, to support evidence-based decision making and to maximise reporting efficiencies.
- Responsible for all People & Safety monthly and ad hoc reports as required by the business.
