Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core HR and Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) landscape. The role acts as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements and project objectives.

- Manage Core HR / Employee Central configuration and data model: develop, configure, and maintain the Core HR and Employee Central data model.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.
- Manage enhancements and system evolution activities.
- Lead Core HR process design and optimization.
