Job Summary

The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact to support operating units by implementing human resources programs and processes. This position primarily supports the Human Business Partner but will support other site managers as needed. Will apply administrative and coordination skills to perform tasks and activities. This position acts independently in administering, communicating, and providing regular guidance to employees and supervisors on established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations, completing personnel transactions.
