HR Coordinator


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a team-oriented and approachable individual who can effectively multitask with a heightened focus on the employee experience. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various engagement opportunities and providing support to employees and working directly with the HRBP.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conducts recruitment, coordinates the selection process and onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Facilitate employee orientation sessions
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy
  •  Plan and execute events to ensure a positive employee experience
  •  Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
