As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support our HR team and contribute to a great employee experience.
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily functions of our Human Resources department.
This includes handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, and participating in HR advisory functions when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist recruitment processes and new hire onboarding and orientation functions.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
