POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE :
- The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department through coordination and administrative functions.
- This position performs a wide variety of duties including employee recruitment and selection.
- Serves as the point of contact for employees, supervisors, and applicants with questions regarding benefits and hiring.
- Provides organization and process support to the department to align with department goals and support organizational culture.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations of HR department.
- Processes new hire onboarding and documentation to include I-9 forms.
- For Everify purposes, ensure proper documentation and verification.
- Prepare on-boarding documentation for new hires and ensure accurate and timely completion of the hiring process.
