POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE :



  • The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department through coordination and administrative functions.

  • This position performs a wide variety of duties including employee recruitment and selection.
  • Serves as the point of contact for employees, supervisors, and applicants with questions regarding benefits and hiring.
  • Provides organization and process support to the department to align with department goals and support organizational culture.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist with day-to-day administrative operations of HR department.

  • Processes new hire onboarding and documentation to include I-9 forms.
  • For Everify purposes, ensure proper documentation and verification.
  • Prepare on-boarding documentation for new hires and ensure accurate and timely completion of the hiring process.
