Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage employee data and HR processes
  • - Advise managers on HR issues and labor laws
  • - Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies
  • - Assist with attendance and leave management

  • - Support human resources strategy implementation

  • Qualifications:
  • - 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or operations
  • - Japanese and English business level proficiency
  • - Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance
