Job Description
- supports daily HR operations, handling tasks like recruitment (posting jobs, screening), onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records,
- assisting with benefits/payroll, organizing training, and being the first point for employee inquiries, ensuring smooth HR processes and policy compliance.
- They act as a crucial link between employees and HR management, often reporting to an HR Manager or Director.
- Post job openings, source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer letters.
Qualification
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
