Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an HR Coordinator located in Multan. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring HR policies compliance, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and responding to employee inquiries regarding HR programs and practices.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Understanding and implementation of HR Policies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HR-related software and technology is a plus
