Job Description
- Provide support and basic guidance to employees relative to HR programs, policies, and procedures, and refers customers to appropriate resources
- Provide administrative support for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Prepare agenda and minutes for team meetings
- Work within HRIS system and other databases to process changes and maintain employee data
- Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and programs
- Assists with planning and implementing Company and HR programs
- Assist with/manage employee recognition programs and announcements
