Job Description

  • Provide support and basic guidance to employees relative to HR programs, policies, and procedures, and refers customers to appropriate resources
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Prepare agenda and minutes for team meetings
  • Work within HRIS system and other databases to process changes and maintain employee data
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and programs
  • Assists with planning and implementing Company and HR programs
  • Assist with/manage employee recognition programs and announcements
