Job Description
Provide support and basic guidance to employees relative to HR programs, policies, and procedures, and refers customers to appropriate resources
Provide administrative support for HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle
Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
Prepare agenda and minutes for team meetings
Work within HRIS system and other databases to process changes and maintain employee data
Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and programs
Assists with planning and implementing Company and HR programs
Assist with/manage employee recognition programs and announcements
