Monitor Staff Attendance.
Check on staff commission & expenses claim.
Conduct orientation for new join and involve in new hire process.
Take charge of salary / OT Calculation & assist in monthly report generation.
Handle all HR job tasks.
Assist HOD to Complete Any Ad-hoc Duties
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in HR/Admin/ finance.
At least 2 years of HR experience.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Computer Literate (Excel, Word, etc. ).
Can Work Independently ,team work Hardworking & Good Attitude.
