Job Description

Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator (Generalist Support) to provide broad operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle in Seattle, Washington. This Long-term Contract position will help deliver an organized onboarding experience, maintain accurate HR records, and assist with recruiting coordination in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The role also contributes to process improvement efforts, supports performance-related activities, and assists with select office and company event coordination.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities to create a seamless and well-organized onboarding experience from pre-employment through start date
• Maintain accurate employee information across HR systems, including personnel records, payroll-related details, and leave or accrual balances
