Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with an organised and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support a wide range of day‑to‑day HR activities for a global company for their Irish sites. This is a great role for someone early in their HR career who wants to gain broad experience and be involved in all parts of the employee lifecycle. The role requires a fully onsite presence in North Dublin. 3+ years Irish employment law experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle pre-employment checks (right to work, references, medicals).
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR files and ensure systems are kept updated.
  • Support changes such as new starters, transfers, and leavers.
