Enrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai (Emiratisation & Expat recruitment) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support core HR functions with a strong focus on the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR Assistant with more focus on Recruitment and other support functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities; Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Available in UAE with local market experience-Manufacturing industry experience is a strong advantage
