Job Description

The purpose of the HR Coordinator is to work closely with the HR Manager and oversee and manage all core HR responsibilities within the NRC Ukraine Country Operation, with a primary focus on recruitment, HR system administration, contract management, and payroll. 
 

Role and Responsibilities

Generic Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Employment standards, HR policy and other NRC policies
  • Ensure compliance with the local labour law.
  • Build awareness, and understanding and ensure adherence to NRC HR policies, Code of
    Conduct, handbooks, guidelines, and donor requirements.
  • Supervise the Core HR team in the Country Office (3 employees)
  • Support Area office HR teams.
  • Implement NRC’s HR systems and procedures at the national level.
