We are looking for an HR Coordinator who can lead recruitment processes while supporting core people operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive and people-oriented, who enjoys working closely with clients, employees and candidates in a fast-growing environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring hiring excellence, strong employee experience and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, structured interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding execution.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience.
