You will play a key role in ensuring hiring excellence, strong employee experience and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, structured interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding execution.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience.
