Overview

As the HR Coordinator for Colombia & Perú, you will support HR priorities, collaborate with leaders, ensure compliance, enhance performance management and employee engagement, handle complex cases, ensure data integrity, implement HR processes and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support and deliver strategic HR priorities for the BU/Function, leveraging integral programs and processes to meet local needs and compliance requirements.
  • Coach leaders and Managers on performance management, employee engagement, and people management. Deliver training interventions as required.
  • Provide in‑country HR support for onboarding activities, including local compliance requirements, conducting specific sessions for new hires, and ensuring accurate employee file management per local regulations.
