eClerx is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the HR Team in the execution and delivery of the annual HR Strategy. Specifically providing administrative, clerical, and project support to the HR Team, ensuring HR best practice is delivered efficiently and effectively to the organisation. To also ensure that all employee benefits are maintained and coordinated accurately.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR & Recruitment – Fiji/NZ:
Recruitment Coordination
Manage full recruitment cycle: job ads, postings, pre-employment checks, candidate documentation.
Serve as candidate contact; schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate register and recruitment reports (source effectiveness, feedback).
Ensure secure, compliant documentation; support recruitment metrics analysis.
Drive continuous process improvements.
