**Key responsibilities:**



+ Partner with Oracle business leaders and HR COEs to deliver local, regional, and divisional HR programs and services aligned to business priorities, Oracle policies, and applicable country labor laws.

+ Serve as a trusted HR advisor and coach to managers and employees across the full range of HR programs.

+ Translate business strategy into HR priorities by providing insight, shaping workforce and talent approaches, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

+ Lead delivery of country HR support across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, hiring support, onboarding, development, engagement/retention, internal mobility, and offboarding.

+ Champion the employee experience across all HR touchpoints; identify opportunities to improve connection, productivity, engagement, and retention.
