Key responsibilities:
Partner with Oracle business leaders and HR COEs to deliver local, regional, and divisional HR programs and services aligned to business priorities, Oracle policies, and applicable country labor laws. Serve as a trusted HR advisor and coach to managers and employees across the full range of HR programs. Translate business strategy into HR priorities by providing insight, shaping workforce and talent approaches, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals. Lead delivery of country HR support across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, hiring support, onboarding, development, engagement/retention, internal mobility, and offboarding. Champion the employee experience across all HR touchpoints; identify opportunities to improve connection, productivity, engagement, and retention.
