Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment using ATS platforms like BambooHR and Workday
- Conduct employee relations and performance management
- Implement HRIS systems for payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for Islamabad and Rawalpindi offices
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs
- Analyze HR metrics using data analytics tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed)
- 24 months professional experience in HR consulting or generalist roles
- Advanced Human Resources expertise with proven track record in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
