HR Consultant, Googler Experience

**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
+ Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience working with an AI system or AI supported tools.
+ Experience with cross-functional collaboration, coaching and mentoring others.
