- Partner with clients to understand their IT hiring needs and build trusted, long-term relationships.
- Gather and refine detailed role requirements, providing consultative guidance on job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Source high-quality IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and targeted headhunting.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit through structured interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Manage offer discussions, support salary negotiations, and oversee onboarding activities.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment regulations, including right-to-work checks and GDPR requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
