  • Being a C&B expert and responsible for overall C&B tasks in the company, leading important C&B projects, and implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
  • Handling C&B review and benchmark to create a new policy to support business requirements and ensure company benefits are cost-effective and competitive in the market.
  • Delivering strategic compensation and benefits solutions, designing competitive packages, and developing a compensation structure.
  • Conducting, controlling, providing matrix schemes, and reviewing the budget of compensation review, salary review, and bonus planning.
  • Researching the employee motives to implement appealing rewards and tailor benefits programs based on staff needs.
