Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the payroll process.
  • Taking care of time attendance, OT, Incentives, etc. 
  • Inputting employees' data into the system.
  • Overseeing salary structure and improving benefits and compensation, the welfare of employees.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • Good command of English.
  • Have experience of at least 3-4 years in Payroll, compensation, and benefits or related. 
  • Good Excel skills. (Vlookup, Pivot, etc)
