This role’s main objective is to provide transversal support to the Human Resources department, with a special focus on training management, internal communication and administrative support, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and to organizational development.

Key Responsibilities: 
Training Management
• Support the development, implementation and follow-up of the Annual Training Plan.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with different departments.
• Organize and schedule internal and external training sessions.
• Ensure all related logistics (registrations, rooms, materials, platforms).
• Ensure proper record-keeping, filing and compliance of all legally required traini...
