Key Responsibilities


Client Communication & Request Handling

  • Act as an initial contact for client inquiries through email, chat, calls, and shared communication channels
  • Gather relevant details to understand client needs, timelines, and priorities
  • Record and organize client requests using internal tracking tools
  • Flag urgent or sensitive concerns and escalate appropriately
