Transdev Western Canada – HR Business Partner (Vancouver)
Your role
- Serving as a trusted advisor, partner and coach to business leaders and managers across the Western region, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee and labour matters (e.g. performance management, progressive discipline, interpretation of collective agreement, duty to accommodate).
- Advising on risk and supporting operations leaders through the grievance management process, providing assessment and professional advice during each step.
- Supporting and mentoring leaders as required in situations requiring conflict resolution.
- Providing expertise to managers in scoping and conducting investigations of grievances/complaints for both union and non‑union employee cases and leading investigations where required.
