Job Description
A completed bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of previous Human Resources Business Partner experience.
- 5+ experienced years in working in an operations environment/associates.
- 5+ experienced years in payroll processes.
- 5+ years managing Employee/Labor Relations.
- 5+ years' experience in Talent Management.
- English and Spanish level Advanced
The HRBP provides support to a Fulfillment Center Operations team by partnering with senior stakeholders on the site related business and people agenda and manages the site's wide projects independently.
