Job Description

The HR Business Partner is responsible for leading the delivery of expert, region-aligned HR support across the employee lifecycle. This role manages complex HR matters with a high degree of autonomy and serves as an escalation point for Regional and Associate HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across multiple locations.

This is a fixed‑term assignment of approximately 15 months, covering a leave of absence.

Responsibilities

HR Consultation & Regional Leadership

  • Provide expert HR consultation to managers and employees on complex or high-risk HR matters.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, practices, and employment standards across the region.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues managed by Regional and Associate HR Business Partners.
