Job Description About the Role As a Business Partner, you will work to enhance organizational performance, productivity and effectiveness through our people. Partnering with operations leaders, your objective will be to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives in a team setting. Your role will have responsibility to support and deliver HR projects for our manufacturing operations and take responsibility for supporting change initiatives across your client groups. You will play a key role in building people manager and leader capability, drive employee engagement and deliver operational outcomes to meet client needs. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role.
