The ideal candidate will bring experience in continuous production environments, proven leadership in cultural transformation, and strong expertise across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.Requirements:Background in multinational companies, ideally with production plants.Experience leading cultural change initiatives.Solid track record in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and L&D.Fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory).Presence in Rio de Janeiro, with flexibility for hybrid work.
