The HRBP is the mini-CHRO of the BU who champions the people and organization agenda in close partnership with the Business Unit Leadership Team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic People Analytics & Insighting: Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to identify trends/actionable people insights specific to BU. Ensure people/org decisions are based on data.
People & Organization Strategy Creation: Translate business strategy to people and org strategy.
