  • $58.76 per hour + Super

  • 3 month assignment commencing mid-February with possibility of extension

    • Our Local Government client in the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior People & Culture Leader to join their collaborative team. Your focus will be on providing expert guidance to leaders, managing complex case matters, and fostering positive workplace culture.

    You’ll play a key role in:

  • Providing high level support and guidance to leaders and employees to facilitate resolutions and develop a positive organisational culture.

  • Assisting in the managing and mitigating of complex employee relations and case management issues.
