Tasks
Advise and support managers in the day-to-day management of labour relations and sensitive situations (conflicts, complaints, harassment, etc.) Interpret and apply collective agreements, as well as labour laws and regulations Manage disciplinary and administrative files (investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, etc.) Represent the employer in dealings with unions, participate in labour relations committees, and take part in collective agreement negotiations Develop, implement, and promote prevention and conflict management strategies, as well as compliant and innovative practices Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, and train and support managers on best practices Participate in HR activities (unionized and non-unionized recruitment, support to supervisors, special projects, and other related tasks) Perform any other related duties as required ...
