HR Business Partner – Kelowna

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will be a key player in achieving Transdev’s business objectives, providing key operational support to Western Canada operations.

Your role

  • Serving as a trusted advisor, partner and coach to business leaders and managers across the Western region, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employee and labour matters (e.g. performance management, progressive discipline, interpretation of collective agreement, duty to accommodate).
  • Advising on risk and supporting operations leaders through the grievance management process, providing assessment and professional advice during each step.
  • Supporting and mentoring leaders as required in situations requiring conflict resolution.
