Job Title: HR Business Partner Manufacturing – EPCL

Job Purpose:

The HRBP Manufacturing works as an in-house HR consultant for Manufacturing. The position advises and consults in acquiring the best talent pipeline in the organization through recruitment at all levels. Provide strategic support to line and GM HR for developing appropriate talent strategies ensuring governance risk and compliance.

To Ensure continuous and smooth supply of high-quality human resources in the entire organization at all levels.

The role of HRBP entails to provide the interface between HR and Business while embedding a strategic approach to HR Development and Management, resulting in business functions achieving their proposed business strategy.
