Job Description

Become a strategic HR Business Partner with Transdev in Calgary, Vancouver, Abbotsford, or Kelowna. Provide expert guidance to leaders on employee relations and drive operational support across the region.
As an essential member of the Transdev team, you will report to the Director of Human Resources, supporting Western Canada operations. This role requires a focus on employee and labor relations, with key skills in performance management, grievance resolution, and compliance with collective agreements. You will engage with management to enhance their understanding and application of HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders
• Support grievance management processes effectively
