A multidisciplinary and growth-oriented opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid). As a HRBP, your mission will be split between translating business needs into appropriate HR solutions—contributing actively to the optimization of business performance under the guidance of senior HRBPs—and supporting the HRBP team across various strategic and operational HR projects.
