Our client is a fast-growing, large-scale agricultural and food processing organization operating across Kenya and East Africa, with a workforce of over 8,000 employees. They are one of the most rapidly scaling operations in the region with a strong footprint in rural Kenya and an ambitious growth trajectory across the continent. They are currently looking to hire two (2) HR Business Partners to be embedded within their farm operations team in Homa Bay, serving as the on-the-ground people partners for a large and diverse blue-collar workforce. This is an opportunity to work in a high-impact, fast-paced operational environment where HR is genuinely at the center of the business not on the periphery of it.
