**About the Job**
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to business units in Thailand, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with global HR standards
**Key Responsibilities**
**Policies and Labor Compliance**
+ Create and update policies as per local labor law.
+ Be strong knowledge of local labor regulations and laws to ensure 100% compliance.
+ Maintain and develop HR handbooks and policies, ensuring these are up to date and aligned with global standards
**Thailand HR Support**
+ Be the first point of contact for associates’ day-to-day queries.
+ Be responsive to business needs to ensure information is shared in a timely fashion.
+ Support case management including note taking for employee relation cases, diary management for meetings, issuing letters and other related activities.
