About You

As HR Business Partner, you work closely and hands‑on with the business and get exposure to stakeholders at all levels. You will provide guidance in complex HR matters using your knowledge of Finnish labour law and local employment practices, as well as provide HR support on both a strategic and operational level. You will work closely with the HR team across Nordics & Baltics, consisting of local HR Business Partners, Talent & Learning, Reward, Internal Communication & Engagement and Payroll.
